This shamanistic oracle is always on point. The wisdom the Crystal Medicine Oracle contains and the guidance it offers has always served to support or confirm my inner knowing. This is very much in keeping with the intention of the deck.

The Crystal Medicine Oracle Deck

The Crystal Medicine Oracle is a 33 card round oracle designed to connect you with you inner wisdom. It is filled with a loving essence that really does touch your heart. You feel the love that went into creating it. When I revisited the book today and read the opening line, ‘These cards are a gift from my heart to yours; they have been birthed from a place of unconditional love and support,’ I had no doubt as to the sincerity of the statement.

I find this to be a very healing deck. If that is your intention, you will find love and guidance to assist you on your journey. It encourages you to take the time you need and to honour the call to retreat within whenever you need to do so. After all, as the deck affirms, that is where the answers are to be found. Nobody, or no thing can know you better than you can potentially know yourself.

The artwork, channelled by Len Hibble, is varied yet cohesive, gentle and yet powerful. As you’d expect from crystal shaman cards, for the most part, the artwork is nature-based, and really draws you in. With an 11cm diameter the cards are comfortable to hold and I found them easy to overhand shuffle which makes them nice to work with. The card stock is good too.

The Crystal Medicine Oracle Book

The deck comes with a beautiful, full-colour 156-paged book. From the Preface through to the About the Author and Illustrator pages at the end you feel nurtured and supported. The card meaning pages provide a beautiful rendering of the card on the left hand page followed by information presented in four parts. There’s the Oracle message; the Medicine associated with the card; the Crystal and an explanation of its relevance; and a Ceremony which the book says provides ‘a practical process that you can do to integrate the Medicine of the Oracle.’ Beautiful full-colour full page artwork is scattered throughout the book as well.

This is a very affirming deck that has reassured me many times. It really is a wonderful tool that encourages you to strive for self-mastery and supports you every step of the way.
